Understanding the Table Fields
Ticker symbol with exchange suffix. e.g. BHP.AU → Australian Securities Exchange listing.
Full name of the company going public.
Exchange code where the stock will be listed.
IPO date / expected listing date — when the stock starts trading publicly.
When the company filed for IPO. Useful for tracking the IPO pipeline early.
Expected IPO price range (price_from – price_to). Shows TBD if not yet disclosed.
Final IPO price per share once the offering is finalized and priced.
Total number of shares being offered in the IPO.
Currency of IPO pricing. e.g. SEK = Swedish Krona, AUD = Australian Dollars.
IPO status: Upcoming (not priced yet), Priced (finalized), or Withdrawn (canceled).
